Do I have to book all appointments online?
Absolutely not. Web Appointments Now allows you, or someone you delegate, to book and cancel appointments on behalf of your clients. Plus, you still get the benefit of seeing all your bookings at a glance, accessible from anywhere.
I need to schedule shared resources to make sure I don't overbook some equipment. Can Web Appointments Now help me?
Yes — just set up the resources you'd like to schedule, how many of each kind of resource you have at each location, and which resources are required by which appointment types, and Web Appointments Now will make sure you never have your resources overbooked.
What about having multiple customers at an appointment? Can I do that?
Sure! Web Appointments Now allows you to set a capacity for each appointment type. As long as there is space left in an appointment, your customers will see the slot as "available" and will be able to sign up for the appointment. Once the appointment is full, the slot will be closed to further customer registrations. Web Appointments Now does allow your employees to override this restriction and overbook an appointment slot, but your customers will not.
Can I have Web Appointments Now send multiple reminders to each customer for their appointment?
Yes — Web Appointments Now allows you to add as many or as few reminders to each appointment as you'd like. For instance, it's easy to set up an email the day before the appointment and a cell phone text message a couple of hours before the appointment.
How do I maintain client confidentiality?
Each client is assigned a password when they use Web Appointments Now for the first time. When they enter their email address and password, they can only see their own appointments and open/filled slots (if they want to book a new appointment or reschedule).
What if a client forgets their password?
No problem! The client can request that their password be emailed to them.
Can I use Web Appointments Now on my own website?
Yes. Web Appointments Now even allows you to use your own branding on the Web Appointments Now site. When you sign up, you will receive a URL with your business name in it. For instance, if your business name was First Counseling Services, you might choose the URL http://app.webappointmentsnow.com/FirstCounseling/.

Can you translate the application into my language?
We'd love to! Web Appointments Now might not have anyone working here who knows your language, so we might need some help with the translation. Please contact us with your language request and we'll get right on it.
Our usual method of working is that we'll take a first stab at creating a version of the site in your language, then we'll ask you for corrections once it's out there. It usually takes less than 2-3 days to get the first version out, and a similar number of days for each batch of corrections you send us.
